Chota Canoe Club is a paddling club in Knoxville, TN that strives to cultivate paddling sports of all kinds in the region. The club thrives on paddling excursions on nearly every weekend of the year, instructing schools, running safety for other organizations, conservation efforts, as well as social engagements. Because of this the club needed a website that was able to keep up with the clubs activities on an organized easily updated calendar, deliver their monthly newsletter, and function as the home base of all signups for events.
Capitalizing on the vast knowledge of the members we created a website that is intuitive and serves to acclimate those that are new to the sport of paddling in a way that that is not intimidating.Since the club members are often on the go a mobile ready site was also a must!
